The office hounds you each time an appt. is due. They call your workplace dispite being asked not to. I made my appt. in a hurry to get it done, since she called me, so I could get bk to work, we were very busy and I did not want to get in trouble at work for personal phone calls. When I realized I scheduled wrong, I left the office a msg on Sun. morn. before my Monday noon appt. time, that I could not be at that appt and needed to resechedule. I got a letter in the mail after I phoned because I did not hear bk frm them to reschedule.

He told me I would have had to cancel by Thurs., which is the day the receptionist called me at work to get the appt. set, otherwise it was considered "short notice cancellation" and he charges $128.00 fee for that. He billed me for $128.00 which I'm sure my insurance won't pay and I don't have that money so I started to send him payments. Now he's billing me charges added onto my acct such as interest AND a $3.00 invoice fee. Besides outragious fees, he promises "free whitening" for all new patients and that is NOT true. When I asked for mine, I was told by his wife, that I did not need it. His workers come and go like water, his business does not prosper because of his unethitical business practices. AND he accused me falsely of missing previous appts in the past.
