I ordered there tax sale program and right after ordering it I tried calling them several times and emailed them as well with NO response so when the package came I refused it. Once I refused it and sent it back, they all of a sudden emailed me back once I emailed them and said the package was refused.
Once they got it back, 3 days, they would not refund my money and kept saying it takes 4-6 weeks and when I asked to talk to a supervisor the gal was extremely rude and would not allow me to talk to anyone else. I googled them and they have hundreds of complaints.
Can you please do anything for me?

Call Your Credit Card Company

You need to call your credit card company, just use the number on the back of the card, and dispute the charge. Your company will issue a temporary credit, so you do not have to pay interest, and investigate. When you tell them that you do not have the merchandise, they will make the credit permanent. Call them ASAP and tell them what you told us here.
