i got a email from a similar company to what we do ( commercial mortgages) so i called the toll free number and john nash called me back. He never answers his phone !. he then told he can send 200k emails to brokers and RE professionals to increase out business. then he even gave us 2 refrences which checked out well (we called and spent time asking questions !! Then he demanded a monthly fee for the work to be done,which we agreed to $1000. then he actually did work with a "landing page" to increase lead generation. He was so confident i said to my partner give him a chance and we did. then nothing..
he is hoping we would not notice and send the $1000 every month,its not easy to track but we knew as we did not get any calls or emails.
so we called and emailed and nothing happened !
John Nash (not his real name) is a con man,any money you give him is gone !
he will go to jail one day as he is really good at it and has been doing it for 3 years or more !
FBI and Police please take note !

After reading othera report I was insenced that ripped off but my words were out of anger and not facts.
As of today john Nash and vertical mail has refunded our funds in full and apologized for the misunderstanding, my company and myself do the same.
