Signed contract 9/30/07, My husband notified owner D. Anthony Pender in person of cancellation on 10/1/07 and Pender agreed to refund credit card charge. Green card shows D. Anthony Pender signed/received cancellation later on 10/4/07.
Spoke with Pender again on 10/31/07 and he said he would have office clerk handle refund. Pender is a liar and continues to use our funds to float his payroll. I will also be contacting the better business bureau and providing them with copies of my cancellation request and the green card showing Pender signed and received cancellation request on 10/4/07. Pender lied in person and continues to lie with radio announcements to get kids and their parents into his studio under false pretenses. Pender needs to be stopped.
