WATCH OUT !! you'd better ask for an estimate before they send your watch to wherever they say they are sending your watch for service and make sure you also ask for written proof of the "repairs" they did to it...............I couldn't help but have the feeling that I had been ripped off,........badly.......Terrible experience and VERY expensive for nothing. A bunch of liars & thieves. I have never seen anything like this, pathetic and very sad that nowadays you still have to deal with that kind of trash.

We are very sorry for your bad watch repair experience. If their were any questions regarding the repairs done to your watch we would have been happy to explain them to you. But if you do not contact the store and let us know that you are unsatisfied then there is nothing we can to rectify the situation.
