John Stumpf Wells Fargo John Stumpf and Wells Fargo are liars and unprofessional!!! San Francisco, California

We were told by the Lady at Wells Fargo in Frisco, Texas to switch from Capital One to Wells Fargo. We were told our claims would be handled fast. We were told no overdraft fees over $100.00 a month, ect. I had two claims that were denied and then handles slowly. They finally paid them after months! The lady who signed us up promised no overdraft fees over $100.00 per month. Lie! I went into my Branch at Preston and Main in Frisco, Texas and spoke witha Banker. He was either middle eastern or Indian. He told me that they would be reversed and credited back to my account. I had to call the Banking customer service number. He promised. Another Lie. I wrote to Wells Fargo CEO and President John Stumpf over 11 times. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals Office, The California Attorney generals Office, and the Better Business Bureau. John Stumpf the President and CEO of Wells Fargo has never been professional enough to respond. He is a unprofessional and uncaring scumbag that is as much of a liar as his Wells Fargo Employees. He has some unprofessional and a liar as well employee named Felicia Smith respond. Felicia Smith is a Senior Correspondence Specialist for Wells Fargo. A senior Liar and scam artist specialist!  John Stumpf , Felicia Smith and other Wells Fargo employees will tell you one thing and do another. They are lying scam artist! If you Google Wells FArgo and the words worst customer Service, You will find that year after year , Wells Fargo is named one of the worst companies for customer Service. Is it any wonder that they would be named one of the worst companies? John Stumpf , Felicia Smith and others will Lie to you and scam you every way they can. They have refused to refund any overdraft fees. They promised no fees over $100.00, but have lied and refused to make this situation right. John Stumpf, Felicia Smith and Wells Fargo has no morals, they are unprofessional, and clearly are liars. Avoid Wells Fargo. Save yourself the trouble. Use any bank but Wells Fargo!! You will get letters from Felicia Smith lying to you and full of lies. John Stumpf is too much of a dishonest scumbag to reply or make the situation right! I will update this if Wells Fargo does the right thing. With Felicia Smith and John Stumpf as the employees, I doubt it!
