I have been using John's Jaguar for over 14 years.  He has serviced my '94 XJS exclusively.  When he moved his location to its current location on Caesar Chavez street, his former "partners" lied to me to try to prevent me from finding him at his new location, claiming that they were excellent Jaguar mechanics.  A brief telephone conversation with them convinced me that they were blowing smoke! I have no doubt that part of this complaint is a further attempt to harm him and his business.

Over the years, John has been an excellent advisor, friend and Jag lover and has kept my XJS running smoothly.  He performs my annual service and tune-ups.  He has rebuilt the air conditioning system.  He has replaced a worn differential.  He has performed two brake jobs. He replaced a faulty fuel pump located inside the gas tank, twice, because the first one was faulty. He has fixed a myriad of other jag issues that I cannot now recall.  And, he has chased down used parts, in some cases, because new parts were not available.

I respect him and his staff so much that I return for needed service to his San Francisco service center from my home which is located one and a half hours driving time, sometimes through the worst bay area traffic.

John's prices are reasonable and I don't get the slightest feeling I am not getting the best service available.

I am Clunk-it-Master aka Iphone_creep_from_Pleaston.  My own shop failed miserably. Customers would not come back. F**K THOSE B***ARDS!

I went to work for John.  He let me keep my Iphone near my handy dandy Barbi tool box I bought at Harbor Freight.

Customers would always get ripped off.  But San Fran is San Fran.  They are too stupid. All you got to do is post a HOPE AND CHANGE poster up and they come like flys on s**t.

Our manager is a good boy.  He is weird with all those body tats and his friends in leather. 

Oh one more thing, NightOwl is our trannie expert. She/He is so fat that she/he can't see her/his toes. And the pills. Boyo boyo boy does she/he take pills.  Oxy and other benzos.
