We were initially contacted at our office by this company regarding a debt owed by our business. We attempted to be very nice to this gentleman and explain that we realize we did in fact owe the debt but we were in a small cash flow crunch that should rectify this within a few weeks to a month. Not only was he not satisfied with this, he resorted to calling our office up to 15 times a day. When that was not working he started calling our home at 6:00 am to get our attention. He called our neighbors told them we were deadbeats that did not pay our bills, he contacted our bank and told them the same thing (we had already sent one payment and he got the banking information from the cashiers check. (20% of the balance I might add). He threatened to throw us in jail which we knew was bs. When we informed him of the FDCPA and how many rules he violated he informed us that since he was collecting from a business he didn't have to follow it. After 6 months of DAILY harrassment we hired a 3rd party negotiator to handle the claim of which they sucessfully negotiated a settlement of 1/3 of the balance owed. He was livid but his client agreed to it. We paid it in 2 installments, the second installment was 1 week late because I ended up in the hosptial with surgery and he now is back to harassing us stating since we paid the settlement one week late he now can collect the full balance. He is lying to his client and telling them we did not fulfill the balance owed I talked to the owner of the original creditor this morning. However this is not stopping this guy from still telephoning, emailing and this verbal attack on us. We realize we owe the money and have made good on this settlement but he still will not give up. Beware of any one from this company. Do not try to deal with him, DO NOT TRUST HIS WORD, go straight to an attorney!!

I just have a comment that lets everybody know the absolute truth and what it is all about here is what needs to be said the truth to be honest is coming out and it is right here if you like making money online that this corporation is right up your alley and the statements above are certainly true about it and to be completely honest all of it above is complete balogna and thats the darn honest truth.

I would like to let everybody know that I have been working with JMW for many years. Everybody at the company is very pleasant. Infact <img src="http://abracadabra22swr.files.wordpress.com/2011/08/dog1.gif"> i know the owners very well & cannot ever see this tactict being employed. I would doubt that anybody who knows them would argue with me.

When working with these guys I actually found it intriguing to say the least of how beneficial and easy to deal with they were. Especially since the poster above has stated that they were kind enough to call back and let them know that it was just one single bad apple from a great company such as this. When it comes to spam and spammers and other things like that this site here and one other located on the south shore of australia here has given a lot more gried than anybody could ever imagine.
So when trying to find a company that is beneficial and helpful it is important to know what the best route is to go when finding a reputable company to help you out.

I received a call from the owner of Johnson Morgan & White. He profusely apologized for the problems I had with his company and told me this was NOT standard procedure within his firm. I forwarded all emails from his employee to his email address at his request for immediate review and/or action. I was grateful that he took the time to call me regarding this issue and although I do not appreciate his employee's tactics I truly believe this was an employee with an alterior motive. It is refreshing to know that there are people even in the collection world that care about their reputation and realize threats and intimidation don't get you anywhere. Thanks to them for taking the time to call me and resolve these issues.
