The previous post is incorrect and is giving false information regarding myself (Christopher Tuft). Any and all companies associated with myself have now been dissolved and are no longer active LLC's (MTM Services LLC & Home Mortgage and Bankruptcy Services LLC). With that, I currently have no association with any business at this time. Because of this claim, I have however done my research on the class action lawsuit this post is referring to, and it does not cost anything to join (please see their contract for future reference, which can be located on www.jointheclassaction.com). It is always recommended to do a thorough research before blogging on an online message board and stating someone is affiliated with a company, which can then be mistaken as online libel. I would like to thank ripoffreport.com for always providing a chance for the company to respond to false claims made by inaccurate reports, so that the record can always be put straight.
