Jon Miller Slumlord Montrose Colorado

 I recently rented a trailer from d**k Moore. He took full firat months rent and full last months and then worked with me on deposit cause it was a fast move in and the trailer was far up to code and still filthy and we agreed to clean it up so we could move in. He knew the broken things and the bad condition of this house and kept telling me that he was going to slowly be fixing everything that needed to be fixed. In the middle of the lease he turned it over to a gentleman named Jon Miller his son in law. They both came and advised me that he was going to be the new landlord and he would be making sure things will be getting fixed. Throughout the couple of months Jon Miller and I got along really well and talked about all the problems that was in the trailer and how bad d**k Moore let things get and how badly he rigged things into working on these trailers and that he was for sure going to fix things. I have always paid my rent and have never been a hassle for Jon Miller due to thinkin he would get things done when he can like he said. During the beginning of October I got deathly sick and lost my job due to medical conditions therefore left my partner with all bill. We kept him posted on when we was late and when we would pay cause we scrounged EVERYTHING we could to pay rent. NEVER was we a full month late. AFTER I gave him October rent I again told him everything that was still wrong and needed to be fixed he sent me a messaged and told me he would fix everything AFTER we moved out. I have black mold in my home. My electric box sparked for 24 hours before he had his goones come fix it. AFTER he checked it himself and seen and heard sparks but still wanted to wait. No covers for my electric plugs to where my 4 year old has almost electrocuted herself including my bedroom electric socket that if you even touch sparks. My toilet is almost caving into the floor. I have no vents in my bathroom or laundry room for my dryer. Trailer is sinking. And Windows keep freezing shut on the inside because of the ventilation in this home. There is so much more and I have before and after pics of all of this. I have 4 children and have until the end of this month to leave. What can I do?
