Jon Pasquale Stole $700. I paid for services and he did not deliver. Morgantown West Virginia

I hired Jon Pasquale to haul a 10' by 16' shed from Bretz WV to Asheville NC. He said he would do the job for $1400, asked me to wire him $700 and give him the restupon delivery. I sent the money and he spent the next few days making excuses like, the equipment he need to load it wasn't ready... he got another equipment rental and they also mssed something up... then he was in the hospital and finally his car broke down.

Now he won't return my textx or calls.

At one point, he had the audacity to try to get me to send him another $150, saying he needed it for gas. I said I'd give it to him when he dlivered my shed.

I've demanded my money back but he does not return my calls, emails or texts.

He has business license and a contractor's license.

I was just evicted from my apartment and lost my job. I was going to turn the shed into a tiny house and live in it. In addition to paying Mr. Pasquale $700, I also paid an excavator $900 to level an area and bring gravel for the shed. I paid 2 men $100 to help unload it on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I told him all of this and he promised he would not let me down.

Now I need to find someplace else to live or rent an RV at an additional cost all because Jon Pasquale ripped me off.
