HI,

I will try to be specific and short, this complain was done years ago and it was not a job it was a collaboration between artist, the person complaining who is a make up artist, one  model and me as a photographer. I was suppose to meet both at the make up artist salon located in Santa Monica at 5 pm and go to a beatiful roof with a pool, while I was driving from downtown Los Angeles to Santa Monica she changed location and time  and send the model by herself to a different place that was not discussed before, I got to the place at 6 and I was expecting to meet both at the place, however I only met the model because she said there was no need for her to be there and the model had no make up done because she said the model was beatiful already, she was only provided with a dress as a wardrobe and not a bunch of options as she mentioned before.

The model and I agreed to go to the roof  and take a look at the beautiful roof with the pool of an apartment building in which we both have never been there before but she said she had permission. We went up there and there was no pool and we started to take pictures, some people asked me what I was doing there and I explained the situation to them and they  told me to do it fast, however the whole thing was super uncomfortable already and I decided just to finish the session, that was with less than 5 minutes shooting because as soon as I started shooting the people talked to me, and I felt like everything was a mistake. A few days later the make up artist contacted me to get the pictures and I said that I didnt get any good pictures because the situation was super uncomfortable, however she continued to harrass me until I gave her a few pictures that I took.

She was angry because I cancelled the session and she had put some effort, however all I wanted was to forget about the experience. I never met this person even for a real name, money was not given to anybody by her and we never talked about any compensation so for me the right thing to do was just to forget this bad experience. I understand that she feels dissapointed about me not doing the collaboration as I promised but the whole thing was just dissapointing and it was caused by her because she was the organizer.

I should have never intended to take any pictures as I saw all the problems in the first place. Please let me know what can I do to get this removed. I do agree that I got bad attitud but who would not have it after all the changes and dissaponments in less than an hour in a situation in which you are not getting paid.
