Let me start by saying I was in an accident and couldn't work in a while and my credit began to drop really bad. At the time I had a new car from a popular dealership and was in good shape. After I lost my job, I lost the car that I currently had and didnt have any means for transportation.

Later on I started back working and decided to go to Jordan Auto Sales because I seen a sign that sais YOUR JOB IS YOUR CREDIT, I was doubtful that I would be approved, even though I was working full time. The salesman was not doubtful at all and was very sure that I would get the car. He said all that he needed was 1 chek stub and I would be approved. (owe.. and a down payment.) Anyway I told him that I was getting paid cash at my job but I would try and see if they would give me stubs. The salesman said ok and if they couldn't, just to get a letter from my job saying that I am wotking there and how much that I make.

So I got a letter from my job, that told my hrs, income etc. Seems to good to be true but ok we'll see. I started to get really exited and hopeful so I started looking at the cars on the lot. All the cars on the lot have over 120,000 miles. I asked if they had any with less miles and he looked on the chart and everything had 120-180 thousand miles. I was desperate so I said thats ok, I will try to find the one with the least miles available. I really didn't see a whole lot of cars that I liked but I narrowed my choice down to 2 cars. The first a Mustang with 128,000 and the interior was a little worn and the one I chose was a Mustang with 140,000 and looked a little better inside with the interior.

I asked the salesman how much would that car cost and he said 7,500 and that was before takes and interest. Anyway I said ok and I took the car for a test drive. The car drove good but the brakes were a little ruff. I told the salesman that and he said no problem that they would fix it up before I drove it off the lot. I wanted to make sure of that because I know that brakes are not part of the 3 month warranty.

Anyway by that time it was the end of the day and the salesman told me to come back the next day to get the car because they were going to fill it up with gas and clean the car and give it an oil change, early the next morning and finish with the paperwork. I really wanted to have it home that day but I agreed to pick it up the following day. He didn't even mention anything about the brakes, so before I left I mentioned it to him and he said no problem and that they would take a look at it. The next morning I picked the car up and signed the final contracts.

When I was getting ready to sign the contract I noticed that the total price was about 15,300. With interest being at max and the sale price of the car being 9,500. I said no that is not right. That the salesman told me that it was 7,500 for the car. Before I got finished its like he knew what I was going to say and he said NO. He said that he took 1,000 off because it was originally 10,500. I said no, and that you can ask the salesman. He said no, he wouldn' ask anything. I said I cant believe you want verify it. He looked in the computer so he knew what the price would be. I am now getting ripped off 2,000.

I finally just decided to stop arguing with him and take it since I was so desperate for transportation. I got the keys and began to drive the car and I noticed that the brakes were still not fixed. I contacted the salesman who was trying to sell a car to someone else. I told him my problem about the brakes again and he said I'll be back or Im busy right now. I waited in the car in Jordan Auto Sales parking lot for 1 hour for him to get un busy but he never did. I didn't want to go back to the manager who I signed the contracts with because I knew he wouldnt do anything about it.

I just said I will take my looses and go on with the car. The next day I woke up to get in my car to take it to work at my new job and the car wouldn't crank. I called Jordan Auto Sales and told them the problem and he put me on hold and when he came back to the phone he said that what is the problem. I said I don't know. I think it is the starter, altenator, battery....who knows. He put me on hold again and came back and said that it is not covered under my warranty. I said I just got the car yesterday and that I didn't know what was wrong with it because it want crank.

He still said none of your problems is covered under warranty. I didn't know what to do...I just spent all my money on the down payment (2,000) and can't even drive it. I started freaking out and was in tears and then I remember him telling me before that they have 2 other Jordan Auto Sales in Georgia. One in the Chamblee area, I believe and another in Atlanta. At last hope I called the chamblee area one after dialing 411 for the number

I talked to the manager of that auto sales and told him that my car wouldn't crank and that I just bought the car and that they wouldn't help me. He put me on hold and called them and then told me that he can't believe they did that to me, expessially since I just got the car the day before. He said that everything is resolved and to call them and they will help me now. I began to calm down some and I called them back the guy didn't sound too happy but was more willing to help. He said drive the car down there and they'll look at it. I said that the car want crank and so I cant drive it. He said then there is nothing they can do. I then drove down there using my moms car to talk to him in person and he again said drive the car there and they will look at it...I said IT WONT CRANK, and I was still trying to be as polite as possible. More than most people would.

I was about to ask them to tow it and they pay the expences, since its under warranty but he said he will send one of there mechanics to look at it. Frustrated I agreed. The mechanic drove with me in my house to look and see what the problem was. He spent an hour at my apartment looking at the car and finaly found that the connections on the battery were bad. He cleaned them and said that the car will crank now but eventually need to be replaced. I dropped him back off at Jordan Auto Sales and left. If it was the starter or altenator I would have end up having to fixit myself, guareenteed...Because they wouldn't of had it towed.

I thank God that it wasn't the something more expensive because they would have never had fixed. I would have had to do it myself and I didn't have any money at the time. Since than this car has broke down so many times that it is rediculous, but luckily now that I am working I can barely afford to get it fixed each and every time. It now has almost 200 thousand miles and is still not paid off. Next time I don't care how desperate I am, I will never buy another car from Jordan Auto Sales, they ripped me off thousands of dollars, bad.
