I purchased numerous rugs from Jordan's and bought the stain protection.

Awful service.

It took 2 weeks to just get an appointment to have someone come out to try and remove the stain. It clearly will not come our (hot chocolate). I have had to call and call and call because they have not called back when they were supposed to. Still no resolution and it has been one month.
