On the 25th of sept, I recieved an e-mail from Joseph's attorney. I find it very un professinal to take stabbs at adefendant before a case even starts. what more could you ask for from someone who defends a liar and a thief. But then maybe again maybe Mr. Yarmus has pulled the wool over his eye's also! oh well only time will tell, when he will find out that he won't be getting any money just like the rest of us. wait till Mr. Wees find out that Joe has gone through several attorneys this year because he hasn't paid them. But then Iguess that there are enough of them to go around just like the credit cards that he gets from other people. he uses them and when thy don't work anymore or thier just plain maxed out, he thows them away!!

Oh yeah by the way Mr. Yarmus has summond me to court in a civil suit now because i guess that $35,000.00 wasn't enough for him to get from me. So now he want's another 75k on top of that. well i guess that Mr. wees is banking on that money also....Mr.Wees you are either a new young lawyer out of law school or just haven't analized your client very well. he has bled me dry of all money, so you can't take money from the bank if thiers none there to be had!!

Also If you were as to be so lucky to get a retainer from him and not have the check bounce, you should count your blessings because thats probably all your going to get. by the way I know for a fact that he probably got someone else to pay for that because i never seen him ever use his own money. It's Only a matter of time before he gets you to give him money, but then again he did get you to defend him so i guess your'e on your way:) to Joe's wonderful world of make believe. GOOD LUCK GUY?
