Joseph Burgin - 1968 Anacostia High - entered my Brooklyn studio with
Walter Combs both via Washington DC and unauthorized Sept 2010 - Burgin used
my toilet and stopped it up with dodo and toilet paper - he initialed my water receipt
and left with a blank personal check from a drawer he had apparently been in before
I assume he used my telephone to call the dope house down the street and make
a deal
