The person that filed this erroneous report obviously did so in  an attempt to discredit me so that maybe folks would not believe the scam, fraud warning report that I posted about him and his company here on the Ripoff Report. You will notice that he does not sign his name which might then prompt folks to search and find out just what kind of a person he is.

Well his name is Carl Altieri, owner, scammer of Top Two USA, a small time car dealer and paint and body shop wannabe, who for years has been illegally painting cars in improperly ventilated warehouses, jeopardizing the health and welfare of adjacent tenants. He is also very proficient at winning lawsuits against him and his company which he often boasts about how clever he is at it.

I am convinced that Carl Altieri is totally incapable of talking without lying. It does not matter what the subject or situation, Carl has adopted lying as a normal function of living. Examples in his report are:
my "7 businesses" are affiliate companies I market for online in my condo that I have owned for 13 years. The company I worked for closed because the owner/founder of the company died, nothing to do with the FBI or SEC. True, I was not paid in cash but rather in stock certificates.

Asking him to return $5,000. that I loaned him and $17,000. that he conned me out of to buy three cars that we were to share the profits, in his mind is extortion. Carl is such a great salesman, (con man better describes his abilities) that the 3 cars he bought with my $17,000., he claimed that he lost money on all 3 of them. No profit and no return of my money. All tolled, between the $5,000., the $17,000., and another $24,000. that I gave him for a car I purchased 10 years ago, and never received a title to, this pretentious gentleman beat me for $46,000. The car that I bought from him was in his shop, to be painted and fixed, for the past 6 years. Then in June of this year, the car was "stolen" (I wonder by who) and he was nice enough to inform me about it on August 31st.

Although I served in the US Army for 8 years, honorably discharged, my active duty time was not long enough to qualify for VA medical benefits.

Yes I am a convicted felon for drug possession arrests 25, 30 years ago until my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ miraculously healed and delivered me. In gratitude and humility, I live a surrendered
life, a sinner saved by grace, in honor and adoration of Him who gave His life for me.

Vengeance is his ...?... "Vengeance is mine saith the Lord, I will repay!" I must confess, and I do ask God for His forgiveness every single day, when I find myself just thinking about what I would like to do to this heartless callous man, not only for what he has done to me for all these years, but for his actions and attitude even to this day. Instead, believe it or not, for Jesus sake, I try with all sincerity
to pray for Carl everyday, that God would visit him, that the Holy Spirit would soften his heart of stone, forgive his sins, save his soul, and bless his life.

My little Yorkie, Pudgy, my little gift from God, who was with me for 6 years, 24/7 everywhere I went, except church on Sunday morning, got run over in a Home Depot parking lot, by a speeding motorist, in the wrong lane, 2 days before Christmas, while he was on my leash. It was one of the most heart rending experiences of my life. How cruel can you get to bring that up Carl? May God have mercy on your soul!
