Joseph Maginn heating air AKA Kevin Maginn heating and air, they scam people in PA and NJ, they have no business address the whole scam they call a service is based on an 1-800 number with local yellow page numbers listed in the tri-state area to make it look like an established business or franchise.. The father Joe is running a new scam in CA, but the son Kevin is operating in Harleysville, PA selling insurance after ripping people of for 4 yrs with his Air Conditioning gig. victims: His home address is now 113 Catherine St, Telford PA

We had the exact same experience. We live in Long Valley and this man claimed we need 1,500 worth of repairs to our heating and cooling system. I was at work that day and he tried to swindle my 80-year-old mother. He actually charged her almost $300 just for coming out, and she paid!! Fortunately I saw these reports online and I called Black River Heating and Cooling instead. The new guy said the thermostate was broken, a much lower charge. Joseph Maginn is obviously a running some kind of shady business and rips people off regularly.
