Joseph Pontiac Traded truck for a lemon Fenton Michigan

 In 2007 my husband (fiance) at the time and I were visiting family nearby and seen a Honda civic for sale, we decided to look at it which we did took it for a drive and liked it. Me being pregnant with our first child we decided to purchase it. I had purchased about 6 months prior a truck which I payed CASH FOR from a different dealer in another city, after some talking and negotiations we had worked out a deal to trade in my truck for the car. As said in another review they had us sign papers late at night and me being pregnant and us not even being from the area (lived approx 3 hrs away) it was a long drive we stayed at a hotel. So the same night the dash lights had gone out we had went back to the dealer after they stated BEFORE signing contract they would fix the dash and the radiator we knew about before the fact. After we had made a trip back to dealership they "fixed" the radiator later we found out they had got it from a junk yard. We were told before contract singed if we did not like the car we could have my truck back so we tried to get it back after we found out about the radiator, they claimed ey had to put in a tranny to make it able to sell which I KNOW WAS NOT TRUE! I had my truck looked at before I purchased it from a mechanic I have known my whole life and purchased from a dealer my family has known for a very long time. Anyways I lost my truck so I had to deal with the car as best as I could, as it stalled in the middle of a highway several times. So we went back to dealer and asked for help, but we were told to just let it get repossessed straight from a salesman, he said he would deny it. So now 10 years later it is still on my record and I have crappy credit because of them!!!!
