This business was hired to build a foundation for our new home on November 22, 2005. Per contract there was to be three installments adding up to 30,000.00 to complete job. This job was agreed to be ongoing with no delays.

On November 22, 2005 we handed Joe Trombly a check for 5,000.00. on November 26, 2005 he said he needed more money. We then gave him another check for 5,000.00. For days later on November 30, 2005 he needed an additional 12,000.00. We gave him a check for that. At this point he already broke the contract. He has more than enough monies to finish this job.

Normally when you hire a contractor its half down half when job is completed. On December 16, 2005 he said he needed more money. At this point we were very concerned. But we did give him 2,000.00 more at this time. Hoping this would finish his time there.

On December 21, 2005 Joe T. said he needed more money. This time my husband was quite concerned and questioned him on where this money was going. He said I need money. We then (praying for this to be completed) gave him 2,000.00 more. This totals to 26,000.00. He was off for the holidays. When he returned he called us and said he was out of money he was finished. We haven't seen him since.

When we hired a new contractor they estimated he had completed about 12,000.00 worth of work. There were numerous mistakes done which had to be torn down to fix which cost us more money. We have pictures.

Since then we have spent 8,457.01. We are not done yet we still have to pay labor and our concrete floors in our basement and garage.

We have talked to numorus people that have been robbed by this man. We are hoping to get people together to fight this so he doesn't hurt anyone else and get our money back.
