Josh Crane Cash Advance Cash Advance U.S.A ACCUSED OF OWING $300.00 WHEN I HAVE NEVER TAKEN OUT A LOAN WITH JOSH CRANE OR THIS COMPANY Deerfield Florida Internet

I received two e-mail notices in the last month, stating that they were legal notices informing me that I took out fraudulent payday loans from a company named Cash Advance U.S.A and that the burden would " rest on my shoulders if I did not pay back these funds." The only name attached to the e-mail is that of the sender, Josh Crane. No e-mail address is listed, just his name and a number to reach him at.(954)573-6379.

Knowing that I have never used this compnay to receive a payday loan, I called the number to inquire about this notice. The voce on the other end of the line was the voice of a man who sounded as if he was from India, and when I asked for Josh Crane, he stated that he was speaking. I then enquired about the notice, without giving him my name mind you, he then immediately called me by my name and stated that I owed them/him $300.00.

I told him that I have never used his company and that he was lying and that I would be contacting the authorities about this fraudulent claim he was making. He then hung up the phone. When I attempted to call him back, I received no answer. The location of the phone number listed above was Deerfield Florida. I live in North Carolina.

After further investigation, I discovered that I am not the first person to be solicited with such a fraudulent and malicious claim by this individual/company. I chose to file this report with the hope that this individual/company will indeed be put to justice before someone is taken by their fraud. Thank you so much for taking the time to review my report.
