Dvdsinadvance.com Aka Josh Runion sells dvds on ebay in advance, makes you pay, but never sends the dvd sets. Rip-off! Internet, Florida

This individual used to sell on ebay-he sold dvd sets in advance of their release date. Indiviudals buying on ebay quickly found out that Paypal does not help them after 30 days, this indivual Josh Runion of DVDSINADVANCE.COM sold his produce and organized the release and receipt date after the 30th day, paypal was no longer responsible.

They washed their hands of this joker. That gave you between 30 and 60 days to file a report with ebay, but what does ebay do? Nothing! They try contacting this seller, but if he doesn't answer his customer's e-mails, then he won't answer ebay's either. They took his registration away. OH NO, that means he just changes his name and sells under another name unknown to ebay that this is the same indivudal.

I bought a $77.95 Sailormoon dvd set for my daughter, she was devistated and this Josh, after writing him day after day, after four months now never returns my emails. I would lead me on at the beginning asking me for an address to send a cashier's check, then trying to get me to request a refund through paypal, they said he had to initiate this, when this was told to him he sent an email saying "okay, got you paypal account email address, and as soon as the funds clear, will issue refund."

That was over a month and a half ago. I write him every week requesting status on my refund, even said that if he still had the dvds to send them to me. He does write back anymore. I have no recourse due to the fact that he has no number or address on his website. Can someone tell me how to get my money back or where to go to tell people to be careful for this rip-off. Thanks.
