Tenants 3 weeks late paying July, 2016 rent.
When we started down the same path in August, tenants were evicted for non-payment of rent.
Eviction recorded in Lee county, FL. Writ of Possession issued August 23, 2016
After only 4 months of tenancy, house was left a mess. I clean under the stove with every tenant turn... The crud under the stove looked like years of accumulation... but no... only 4 months! House needed interior re-painting, some new interior doors (due to holes in the doors), and even though a non-smoking residence per lease... the house had a strong smell of smoke.
(And what is really frustrating... these deadbeat tenants were placed by my usually pretty good property manager. Well, maybe the next landlord will find this record, and be the wiser.)
