Placed an order with this company using $200.00 gift cards purchased at the college in hopes to buy some software for school this coming next semester. The order would not go through online after multiple attempts so finally placed the order by phone. The representative took the gift card numbers and placed the order on my behalf and gave me verbal confirmation the order would ship.

I will further add that it was noted that they planned on shipping the most expensive option there was without my consent. I made sure to have her go through the order when my total was higher than the total previously shown when I placed it on the internet. When i found out the defaulted expedited shipping I immediately downgraded to the cheapest. After receiving confirmation of shipping, we ended the call. This was two days ago. 

So  I get an email this morning saying there is a problem processing the order for billing that the 'credit card' used declined.  Didn't use a credit card, used a gift card, so that confused me. Called the phone number on the email right away.

After being on hold for a couple of minutes a gentleman picked up and we got disconnected right away. So I called back and got a female in which she says that they cannot complete the order due to a problem with the credit card, reiterating the email. I explain that we got verbal confirmation this order was on the way and the cards were approved. A mystery to me why the card numbers now all of a sudden don't work.

Now they are declined because I'm assuming someone used the balance on the cards and it wasn't me.  I said this is unacceptable my order is not on the way yet and i asked to speak to a supervisor.  I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor, no exaggeration. After I get transferred into supposed supervisor phone it just rings and rings and rings off the hook and I'm forced to hang up. After being on hold for 15 minutes. 

What made my third call in to this company didn't prove any different results, I received another of the same explanation on why the order cannot be processed even though right away I mentioned that I am calling back because I was on hold for a supervisor to talk to. Instead of making any attempts to transfer me to such this third rep just wants to reiterate the 200$ worth of software goods can't be shipped because the card numbers are no longer valid. He says I can use another credit card number to get the order on the way.

My first question is what about the $200.00 balance on the gift cards that disappeared, are you going to send me new cards or am I out $200.00?  He just reiterated in reply to that, "like I said, the cards would not go through because they were declined." This was enough to make a sane girl insane so I just closed the call abruptly and decided to file complaints at this point. I won't get my $200 back I'm sure nor am I getting the software I need. I would have been glad to spend my $200.00 at a different business.

I do not recommend this online store to anyone or the use of their cards. In fact this company just needs to be shut down for ripping off students who aren't made of money to begin with.
