J&P Pool Co. Broken Pool Pump and Service South Houston Texas

On 9-11-2009 I paid J&P Pool Service Co. to put a new pool pump on.  The supposed owner said he would do the work.  A few days later a young individual showed up and put did the work, then a few days later the pump stopped running.  By now my pool is turning green, I called the owner back and he sent the worker back out to do the work.  Telling me it required a new mounting plate, impeller, seal for the cover, and spacer.  After this it still did not run right and the worker admitted he did not know how to do this work!!!  This second visit costed an additional $90.99 on top of the original $389 from the first estimate.  So after this failure from J&P Pool Co. located in South Houston,TX (A USED CAR LOT!!)  I called Cory Peace from All Water Solutions located here in Friendswood,TX.   He fixed the problem for a small fee and never have had a problem since and its almost been a year.  I never could locate the owner of J&P Pool Company.  So, do yourself a favor and do not use J&P, I have all documentation and receipts for this complaint.
