This company is a fraud You have to make an appointment to receive a call back they no one every call back. How can you make an appointment if you can't get in touch wit someone at company I have been calling this number for four days and getting a recorded message to leave my info I did and no one ever got back in contact with me. Please please no when dealing with this company beware.

This person received their vehicle back at Monday 10:00am without an appointment. Our office is closed over the weekend so no calls were returned. The release paperwork was received Friday after the storage lot was closed. This customer received their vehicle back in a reasonal amount of time the very next business day. This report was filed prematurely because this vehcile was returned within one business day.
