Don't like their bread? Don't eat it! Who care where the bus boy is from? Happens in alot of restaurants - wait staff can get very busy! I am sure you were not the only table the wait person was assigned to. Try waiting tables for a living - it is very hard work!

Cry me a river! It's not their fault you don't like pumpernickel bread... And a lot of restaurants have people other than the waiter serve your food. Anyway, how do you know the "bus boy" was Mexican? Could he not be from El Salvador, Peru, Honduras, Belize, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costa Rica, or even Panama? Or maybe even from South America? And what does it really even matter where he was from???
