JrDevMentoring Kim Crayton Jr. Dev Mentoring Was solicitied to be a mentor and then learned JrDevMentoring amd Kim Crayton Actively Promotes Racism Nationwide

 I was solicited to be a mentor for this organization and to make a donation. I began reviewing their web site and code of conduct and then I was shocked to see that the official code of conduct actively promoted racism and sexism. The code of conduct for this organization actually says they will not investigate any complaints of racism or sexism against particular classes of people. When the leader Kim Crayton was asked about this she said that yes this is their official policy. As a person that believes in equality for all people I was shocked and wanted nothing more to do with this type of repulsive organization and individual. I would urge anybody considering to become part of this organization to avoid them completely and take a stand and let them know their racism and sexism won't be tolerated.
