My daughter was married May 17th, 2008. It was a backyard wedding of 165 of my daughter's and fiance's closest friends.

Four months before the wedding my daughter was researching for a florist. She found JS Original Creations.com online. She begged me to hire Jennifer Le-designer for JS Original Creations. My daughter liked her floral arrangement photos online and Jennifer PROMISED my daughter she would make every effort to match the bouquets and arrangements my daughter was hoping for. I conceded and paid a 50% deposit on our original order.

Soon after hiring this company and it's "designer" it became evident the "designer" was not a designer rather a newbee to the business. She was confused about how many flowers went in each arrangement, doubtful she would be able to get them, what vase would look appropriate and just how much it would all cost. She took measurements of the centerpiece hurricane vases (Bridal Table) we provided.

On further examination of the original invoice I found her measurements of the hurricanes were incorrect. When asked-she said she was right and I needed to take the measurements again-Well-they proved to be incorrect a second time. She said she would pickup the vase herself in the next few weeks-She never arrived nor ever mentioned the issue again. Until-2 two weeks before the wedding.

In response I started cancelling ordered items-leaving a balance equal to the original deposit of 50%.

Two weeks before the wedding I confronted Jennifer Le and asked her why she had not picked up the vases I had asked her to use on the main entry arrangement piece and the bridal table. She told me "I don't need the vase. I can make the arrangement without seeing it". I told her I was very unhappy with her work performance. She asked me to cancel the order-however I would be charged a sizable amount should I cancel at the 11th hour. And. if I didn't cancel I would owe them a late fee of $200 because I took one day to consult with the bride if we were going forward with the order. I refused to pay the fee.

Jennifer's boss, Joyce Story, spoke with my husband the next day and threatened to cancel the order if we did not pay IN FULL that very day. We paid the balance as well as the late fee-so the bride would not worry.

On the wedding day- the entry floral piece looked awful-wilted flowers and collaped within an hour after arrival. The vase was too small. The bouquets were also as bad. The boutinieres- we made of some type of WEED and the bridal table hurricane arrangement-well-you guessed it- was too small as well.

I paid this company approximately $3000 for a substandard product and service. They used threats and intimidation on the bride-to-be within weeks of the wedding-knowing these tactics work. They had my daughter in tears.

And to add insult to injury- Jennifer Le called one week after the wedding to gloat about her talents in floral design and to ask if I agreed.

We were ripped off!
