JSM Consulting of Madison JSM Consulting, Michael Mell, Jason Sam & Michael Consulting Fraudulent Claims Madison, Wisconsin

JSM Consulting aka JSM Consulting of Madison aka Michael Mell is a fraudulent consulting firm. They contacted me through email with regards to a Benefit Specialist position for a 100% union based company. Sound familiar ? I knew it would. 

They sent an email loaded with sites such as AngiesList where they could be resourced, essentially to confirm their legitimacy.  However,  something didn't sit right with me about them. I was informed that I would receive a phone call between 1 and 2 pm the following business day, which never came. Instead,  I received an email stating the following:

"Thank you so much for the reply message. I was hoping I would have a few
moments to talk on the phone but looking at my upcoming schedule I figured I
better get some details out to you right away regarding a position one of my
client's is looking to get filled. Thank you again for your replied message.
JSM is committed to helping small and large businesses with all of their
needs, specializing in social media marketing. We are not a staffing agency
but from time to time we are asked for help with staffing for everything
from restaurant staff to office managers. 
 
The company's name is Hart and Associates. They are a 100% union company
that issues out and explains benefits to Labor Unions, Credit Unions and
other associations. Hart and Associates is currently hiring full time Union
Benefit Representatives for their Tracy, CA Office, which is located at 2140
W. Grant Line Rd., Tracy, CA 95377. I checked with their office manager Erin
she can meet with you in person on Tuesday or Wednesday at 9:45am if you can
make it? I know it would be worth your time as she is hiring for a number of
positions. 
 
Keep in mind we work with businesses all over the United States. If there is
a location that would work better for you please let me know. 
 
Please let me know asap if you are available so I can add you to her
calendar because it fills up pretty quick. I will also send you a
confirmation with directions within 48 hours of you picking a date.

When I responded to this message,  asking for the duties and job description of the position, I received the following response:

" I know it would be worth your time as they are hiring for a number of

For anyone else that has dealings with this "company" I am sure that by now you feel like you're reading your own messages.  Needless to say I began my own investigation about this "Michael Mell" and JSM Consulting only to see that others have experienced the same thing. I truly hope that whoever is behind this fraudulent,  deceptive,  and charlatan "company" is found and brought to justice.
