JST Merchant Services Company ripped me off for $30,000. Yes $30,000 - Stay Away - Far Away Phoenix Arizona

Around 10/18/2012 I intered an agreement with JST Merchant Services. They were going to provide me with 6000 Hot, Current, Ready to Buy, Leads that I would turn over to them to contact and close. I was told by 4 different salesmen that their leads lists were getting 16% to 18% response rate and closing at a rate of 4% to 6%.

After several weeks of phone conversations with Betty nothing was happening. Checking my back office was telling me I was getting a response rate of less than 1%. When I asked them about it they just kept giving me excuses and told me to be patient.

After about 6 months I still had less than 1% response rate and 0 closings. I began to email this list myself. I found out why I was getting such poor response rate. The list they sold me was over 3 years old. I had proof of this as one email came back telling me the contact person I was emailing had not been with the company since 2009. Plus I was getting 25% to 30% undeliverable rates.

This is unheard of for a current list that costs $5 per lead. Any lead list seller would tell you that.

When I approached JST Merchant Services with my proof all of a sudden I got no returned phone calls or email responses from them. Finally they called me an offered to do anothe campaign but I refused because I don't trust these people.

I requested my money back several times. No response at first and eventually I got a NO respones. It's been serveral weeks since my request and their response appears to be a NO.

I can't believe these people arn't in jail as it appears from other reports on this Ripoff Report platform that this has happened to other people not just me.

Stay away from this company. Stay far away. They are criminals. I have reported them to the AZ Attorney Generals Office and the BBB. Hopefully they can do something to stop this company from praying on other innocent unsuspecting people.
