JTE-System faulty salon equipment and furniture Chicago Illinois

Beware of Jte System Inc; it is selling beauty salon furniture and equipment that are faulty and they refuse to address your complaints even though the products are still under warranty. Quality of product is really bad especially poorly designed. We had to pony up an extra $1200 to install the shampoo bowls and styling stations.
Styling stations are too flimsy and prone to tip over; we had to nail it into the wall!! The cabinets that come with the stations are very unstable. We had to use so many nails and brackets that they are practically bulletproof!! The drawers don't open smoothly and pull the entire cabinet forward. Plumbing on the shampoo units are not up to American standards: Drain is only 1.5" wide compared to 3" here in America. Hoses are faulty and leaking; Bowl and drain were not joined properly and are leaking; Other joints are also faulty and leaking water. Worse of all the hoses and pipes are made of plastic, NOT PVC like here in the US. Units are definately not taylored to Americans but to smaller people such as Asians (made in China??)
Customer service is NON-EXISTENT with this company!!! Therefore your 1 year manufacturer's warranty is completely useless!!! Why this website you may ask? I posted warnings on http://www.complaints.com but somehow it was removed. As a result, 1 person I know was taken by JTE-Systems. Do not let them rip you off!!
