In china, they use different product standards. For example, the bolts and nuts that came with the equipment (yes, you have to assemble yourself) are prone to break.

Also, the plumbing hoses (not PVC pipes) for the shamppo stations are no thicker that the plactic bags at your local grocery store and the shampoo units leak, leak, leak and leak some more.

The drain is so small that it cannot drain all the water quickly enough; so your clients hair is always sitting in this filty water.

The styling stations can fall over onto your clients head! I had to nail them to the wall. They are nothing more than plywood with a shiny furnishing. The cabinets that come with them are a joke! You cannot pull out the drawer without pulling the entire cabinet forward and they open up only a few inches! During assembly we found out that the stations and cabinets are extremely wobbly. We had to use extra bold in the corners to strenghten them.

The styling chairs are too small and prone to tip over as well. All these equipment are defective and pose a danger to your clients.

Good luck contacting the company about your gripes! They won't reply to call back.

This is a warning: Their stuff are worhtless s**t. Stay Away from this company! Do not fall for their low prices and pretty pictures online! That is just literally window dressing.

They just open up another store in San Francisco.

This company has a location in San francisco and Chicago. It advertises on its website that their salon equipment is made in Europe; but thru iealing.com and shinkoh.net (they show you import documentations) that the equipment were imported from China.
