JUDGE ANN ZIMMERMAN
In restraining order 09P00053X you refused me a right to defend myself which clearly violates you Judicial Code of Conduct. CANON 3B (7) states A JUDGE SHAL ACCORD TO EVERY PERSON WHO HAS A LEGAL INTEREST IN A PRECEDING, OR THAT PERSONS LAWYER, THE RIGHT TO BE HEARD ACCORDING TO THE LAW. Judge Zimmerman refused to allow me to produce evidence to defend myself and prove perjury by Robert Eglet .
Judge Zimmerman also violated part of the Preamble of Judicial Conduct and also CANON 1A, 2, 2A AND3B (1) & (4). By her actions and violations I believe the restraining order was imposed on me illegally.
I believe the Judge also showed total FAVORITISM in her ruling since the law firm has produced nothing to dispute my statements because they cant they are all TRUE and facts.

What is the rest of the story? This is the second report you have filed with no clear explanation of the "rip off"
