For the matter of Nadar Hopkins, Case# 2009-747812-TV

On January 15th 2010, after I filed in court and prepared myself to face Jude Cathie B. Maher and James C McCann on the matter of me being a ward of the state. Judge Maher came in the court room yelling my name and cutting me off when I speak and making allegations I was on a phone acting like a woman and the lawyer she appointed and I fired, made allegations in was my mother and accused my mother of being my sister. After I told them I did not want or need Gregory Mylnarecks at all and he was fired they paid this man for nothing. He even called me a liar. He wrote a letter that was much the same.  As the tirades went on if I opened my mouth Judge Maher made odd noises and said, in front of everyone , you will not have a voice in my courtroom!You will not speak in here in my courtroom(The Bailiff Or sheriff and older black woman in her 50s was there looking in awe). I stormed out as my guardian was also upset.
 Months later Jamille Hill the court clerk told me there would be no hearing. They held the hearing with out me with an attorney I did not desire or need and 5 motions /petitions were dismissed my filings
This is bench law, barratry and bias.
I testify as Nadar Hopkins I am not incapacitated and these peoples are running there own court inside of Probate court. This is a Rico Machine of unimaginable size and strength they have more than 100,000 of my familys money we stand together but some are losing faith in American justice. Its hell
