Okay I was on my own land and this dumb stupid drugged up idiot ex brother in law comes into my yard and hits me twice in the head with a base ball bat, I was knocked to the ground. The police was called a report was made there was no follow up by any detective no arrests made. I took it to court at the local magistrate court and the Judge Etta Varnadore dismissed the criminal case due to lack of evidence read the reports. just shows you why she does not need to be on the bench. This Judge decides not on the basis of law but who she likes the better so why the (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))
do we have a sitting judge like that on the bench being paid by hard working tax payers. I am not the only one who wants her to get the (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))
off the bench.

Thanks for your comments. I was hit twice in the head with a base ball bat knocked to the ground i managed to get the bat off the attacker. The cops came out they knew who did it never went to talk to the attacker, they took pictures took the base ball bat into evidence no follow up by nobody, went into court the judge who dismissed the case lack of evidence, there was clearly enough evidence a witness a base ball bat a picture of me with scars from being hit in the head with the base ball bat. The Judge knew and liked the family of the attacker so that is the only reason why the Judge dismissed the case. There are others that have been into her court room and the same Judge has also done the same to them as from talking to one person who filed a complaint he went into court and the Judge dismissed due to lack of evidence as the person the complaint being filed against she goes to church with him. This Judge shows favoritism. I don't care too much for her but moving on, I am not an American Citizen so we are fixing to show you how to swing a base ball bat

The title of your report is, to say the least, contradictory. (Judge Etta Varnadore - Ware County Magistrate Judge Dismissed a criminal case becuase she knew and liked the family I was taking to court)
Silly me, but if someone hit me on the head with a blunt object, I really wouldn't "like" them.
Second, it goes without saying that judges are bound by law and policy. If there's no evidence to a crime, you're out of luck. The judge can't just throw someone in jail without evidence or witnesses. Are there either? Probably not, from the way you're talking.
I'm sorry this happened to you, but you aren't a victim of a bad judge, just circumstance.
