Judge Francis Nicolai Corruption in Westchester Courts continues unabated White Plains, New York

A motion for summary dismissal of (3) duly recorded mortgages totaling $1,050,000 in a foreclosure action was granted by Judge Nicolai.  Nicolai who had zero involvement with the case, was not the presiding judge and the only involvement was to dismiss the mortgages.  The decision was based upon the statement the Plaintiff's company paid the $1M, not the Plaintiff, even though  the Plaintiff  is and alsways has been the sole owner, sole shareholder, sole officer,  signed all the checks, the company is registered to the Plaintiff's his house, and the Plaintiff paid and is responsible for the taxes on the money lent as consideration for the mortgages. Judge Nicolai, by his decision gave a $1M windfall to the Defendant.  What adds to this rip off is the presiding judge in the case for the last 3 years is Judge Lefkowitz.   Lefkowitz previously ruled in the this very same case, different issue, the Plaintiff used a company credit card for payments for a web site, the Plaintiff's company and Plaintiff were the same.  Justice...  they are a den of thieves....for any additional info or cpommentrs...don't hesitate to contact me...
