I love the law - but hate the way Judge Judy belittles people on her show be they the plaintiff or the defendant.
She is supposed to be Professional, but is a loud mouth unprofession Bitc *
If she every belittled me in Court the way she talks to the plaintiffs or defenders... Bert wouldn't be able to stopping me. I'd up up her a** like a protologist yelling her her ear like someone who had NO RESPECT for her.
She has a multi personality disorder.... in my opinion. There are shows she is professional, calm, documents case law... then.... there are times her PMS jumps in and she is that LOUD MOUTH NEW YORK MENTALITY ... " B**ch ".
There is such a thing as being Professional.
There is a means to hold Court with authority, but not to belittle the Plaintiff or defendants.
It's ALL SHOW... she is lining her pockets being a witch.
She degrades the Court System.
She degrades herself when she starts her barrage of insults on people in Court.
She is out of Control... but the show will continue because nobody has come foward & brought her to the Judicial System.
I think it is important that people write her up on Ripoff.com as the dark dark dual personality she has.
My suggestion is write complaints and file them with the TV Company who has her under contract.
File complaints with the Judicial System... the number of cases file will put her in a defense mode.
Every Complaint filed is another blemish against her.
There are times I wish I was in the audience... she would withpout a doubt know I was there.
They would be stoppuing the taping... bet on that.
AND
wHAT'S WITH ATHAT BAILFF bERT ?
He gets the evedence the plaintiff or defendants hands that with that slowwwww shuffle... looks and it..... and suffles to Judge JUDEE...
Jesus H. Crist... take some B12 Bert.....
Here is a person I wonder if he knows where he is during the taping ?
Is he a real Court bailiff or just some mope who plays and acting roll.
With all the cases all over the Country - Why is it, that the Court Setting is always the same ?
Is it stage Props ???
Well in closing... I will say......
Judge Judy get a personality.... being an aggreviating mench is No WAY to represent the legal System.....
Be a little more professional....

I'm with Coast on this one. I absolutely love Judge Judy! She's all about taking responsibility for your actions. The show is for entertainment purposes, but it's pretty educational as well. Where else would we learn about the "clean hands" doctrine?
The only thing I don't like about watching the show is the way my blood boils when I see the lazy lowlifes living off tax payer dollars without a good reason. I don't have a problem with disability or unemployment or welfare for those who truly need it. But seriously.... she once had a defendent who was on disability for AGORAPHOBIA - a disorder that is characterized by the total inability to leave one's home. And there she was, on TV, in front of 10 million viewers!
If the government was smart, it would have representatives from all the public assistance programs watching so that these scumbags would have their benefits cut off.
Judge Judy rocks!

Judge Judy is the greatest. She tells the lazy deadbeats to get a job. She doesn't hesitate to tell the unwed and unemployed 23-year-old women with three kids that they have enough children. Judge Judy tells the squatters to pay up or move because everyone that is capable should pay their way. We need more judges like that in our court system.

I find her (and other TV judges) obnoxious so I just don't watch them. You are aware that people agree to appear on those shows don't you? If they agree to it they have little to complain about. I think they just want to be on TV for some reason.
Anyway, I also missed the part where you were ripped of.

I think you have grossly misinterpreted the purpose of this site. It is not a forum for reviewing TV shows.
Before you get your undies in any more of a bunch, consider this : It's a TV show! It is not a court of law. It is designed to entertain you and get you to tune in regularly. Your protests aside, I think they've succeeded with you. If that makes you upset, change the channel.
