A complaint was filed against Judge Mary Beth McCormick of Rockville, Md. to the Judicial Disability Commission. For cutting a deal with the attorney Raymond B. Via, Jr. At the cost of Hallie Stone, Plaintiff and benefiting the defendants. In exparte hearing in open court in Circuit Court of Rockville Md.

She held an exparte hearing with Raymond B. Via, Jr. attorney for the defendants, with ease as if this was a normal way to hold a hearing. And dismissed Plaintiff's Stone case.

The Commission naturally wants this to be hush hush. And informs me that I would not get any basically benefits from the wrongful hearing if she is found guilty. Whoopee. Do you think. Naw not a chance..

What is the chances of them finding one of their own guilty of anything. Zero to zero. If they were honest they would be telling me they would right the wrong, but they do everything to hamper a wronged person from filing any complaints for them to have to put them self out for condoning the wrong of the judge

This is not a disability or a inability this is a corrupt act on behalf of Judge McCormick.
She dismissed the case of Stone vs. Alan Fried, President of Whitley Park Condo Assoc and Board of Directors of Whitley Park Condo Asoc., After the exparte hearing with Raymond Via, , at the bench alone, Judge McCormick wanted to get on the record what she wanted to cover herself in dismissing the case.. Hallie Stone, Plaintiff sat by without hearing one word that the two were saying, then Judge MCCormick dismissed Stone's, case without one word of testimony from Stone . Stone thought with Ray Via waltzing up to the bench and holding a secret conversation with Judge McCormick, that it was something personal.

After this corrupt act on the part of Judge Mccormick, she treated Stone as if she had done something wrong instead of being wronged by her and Raymond . Via., . The defendants had taken the amenities of the condo association away from Stone to use in violation of the rules and regulation of the condo documents. Then Judge MCCormick said in the transcript you can give Stone the pass for the pool for the summer and if she causes any more violations come back. Stone had created no violations there were no violations against her. It was a violation by the defendants for taking the amenities away from Stone as this is a violation of the condo by laws. As an owner Stone was part owner of the common area and paid a monthly fee for the up keep.

There was no cause of action against Stone for any violations for which the amenities were taken away from Stone. Judge MCCormick was ruling against Stone without any cause of action putting forth against Stone.

Raymond B. Via, Jr. of the high political law office of Linowes & Blocker firm's lawyer, representd the defendants . . Stone as plaintiff's complait before Judge McCormick was that Alan Fried and Jules Korner had dumped leaves besides her house causing a fire hazard and tore down the shrubbery beside her house. Jules Korner stalked her house, they refused for her to use the amenities of the complex but made her pay for these amenities, had contractors come to her house without notice to do work not needed and padded the bills. This is all violations of the rules and regulation of the by laws of the association. And No Due Process.

Stone took them to court. , Raymond Via went to the bench alone to get on the record false information for Judge MCCormick to dismiss the case against the defendants. Judge MCCormick did an illegial exparte hearing and gave Plaintiff no Due Process

Raymond. Via. had a cash cow from the insurance company as they continued to pay his bills as long as Alan Fried president and Jules Korner, manager didn't get any liens against them.

What is Judge MC'Cormick getting out of this out right corrupt act.

What is the Judicial Disability Commission getting out of this act of protecting the judge ad not the public?

Several attorneys have told me that they will not do anything against the judge.

Their answers are already written and formatted for this occasion.

So how can you get any justice? The group is so busy scurring around to cover up their illegial acts they can't possible think of reading a document that is legal and above the corrupt heap.

This monopoly that has taken over government is a farce for justice.
