In this article, Dr. Ronald Pies, the editor-in-chief emeritus of Psychiatric Times lad the theory to rest in the July 11, 2011, issue of the Times with this staggering admission:

"In truth, the 'chemical imbalance' notion was always a kind of urban legend-never a theory seriously propopounded by well-informed psychiatrists."

I arrest my case.

This week I wrote a sincere personal apology letter to Honorable Judge Scott Bogue.  I also re-asserted my rights under contract law, land-lord tenant law, and Title 38 under U. S. C. subsection 5301 (a)(1).  Title 38 U.S.C. is regarding the protection of veteran's benefits from garnishment, liens, and seizure of property to satisfy a judgment.  A judgment was rendered against me in 2012.  The Honorable Judge Scott Bogue ruled in favor of the plaintiff because I was not present at the hearing.  The Judge made the right decision within his jurisdiction.  I explained why I did not show up to court in this letter. I don't want to discuss the reasons why in this update and it is not proper to do so.  The reasons why I was not present at the hearing were stated given in the letter were very legitimate and truthful.  I thanked the Judge for removing the judgment from most of my credit reports except TransUnion.  I also asked the Judge to remove the remaining judgment from TransUnion and from public record.  I also asked the Judge if he could remove other court documents from public record as well.

I also explained that I was a great renter, paid my rent on time, and for the most part never had a problem with Landlords.  I also explained that I do not have a criminal record and asked for other court documents to be vacated and dismissed with prejudice based on these facts.  However, in the letter I had forgot to mention to vacate, dismiss with prejudice. I also did not send a copy of Title 38 U. S. C. subsection 5301 from the government printing office as well. 

I had also stated that I did want to take the plaintiff to court.  I kindly asked the Judge if he could possibly drop the matter due the facts presented in this apology letter due to special circumstances.

The other facts that I wanted to make in letter and did not was the following:

1. Received numerous awards Highschool

2. Received awards for artwork

3. Received numerous and favorable character statements from Highschool teachers and the principal.

4. Received numerous awards while a Security Policeman in the United States Air Force.

5. Received several positive several character statements from former flight members while in the US Air Force.

6. Received written positive character statements from my mother, my step-father, and other relatives.

7. Never had a criminal record in my lifetime and have never been sent to jail.  That also includes while in the U. S. Air Force as well.

8. Have a Bachelor's in Management from National American University and excelled to the best of my abilities while attending NAU.

My entire life speaks for itself and I have all of these records, awards, and character statements on hand and ready for cases just like this.  They are also sealed as well.  I don't think the Judge wants to see a about an inch of documents supporting my entire life's work.  But if he wants to see them, he can view them if he wants.  I have worked hard most of my entire life and ever since I graduated from highschool, I have been battling poverty which is in my opinion worse than being in war.  This is not drama not over-exagerating or wanting sympathy.  I have endured domestic violence, animal abuse and neglect, and other serious issues in the past as well.  One would think I should be a criminal or have a criminal record.  I don't and I am proud of that.

I once again sincerely apologize to The Honorable Scott M. Bogue, I was wrong sir and you were right. So I advised you that I would correct my mistake(s) and it starts with this updated report.  I sincerely apologize for any inconviences that this may have caused you.  I wish you the best in your endeavors.  I just wish we all could live in a better world.  That is all.  Thank you.

After analyzing my Lifelock credit reports, this wrongful judgment rendered was removed from all 3 major credit reports.

There are 6 counts of animal abuse and neglect in this matter.   There were five witnesses to this barbarious act and I reiterate that the owner will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law as stated in the initial response to include additional measures. Please read it again,  since it is obvious that you did NOT get the message the first time. Since the owner does not know how to feed horses due to his own psychopathy and VERY SERIOUS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES THAT POSE A a VERY SERIOUS PUBLIC DANGER TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.   The  owner could have sold the five horses at a sale barn but chose to try to starve them out DUE TO THIS OWNER having some VERY SERIOUS mental health and anger issues. Refer to the documentation presented.

My horse was in top condition until it was boarded at this facility.  These are the facts and they are accurate.  I hope the entire community shuns this owner and sends a clear and POWERFUL message accordingly and they already have by passing strict animal laws in South Dakota. Since this item has been presented that has no relation to this matter in the initial response.  The owner of this boarding facility and the case associated with it has been published on numerous altnernative media websites and the appropriate authorities have been notified.  An arrest warrant will be served anywhere from now until July 2017 to include additional measures to follow after 2017.  Since the owner of this boarding facility does not know how to feed horses and was complicit in this animal abuse and neglect-Period. He and he is alone is responsible for this criminal activity and strict measures are now put in place in regards to animal abuse in South Dakota.  I intend of utilizing the law to fullest extent possible to also include additional measures.  The boarding facility didn't want to compensate for the damages that were caused.  I TOOK ACTION. THAT IS WHAT A NORMAL AND A CONCIOUS HUMAN BEING DOES regarding animal abuse, neglect, and property damage that resulted out of this boarding facilitys' negligence.

The world has been notified accordingly in regards to this matter and they are based on pictures, facts, and overwhelming evidence.  The world court of public opinion is POWERFUL and will remain forever POWERFUL due to the POWER of the internet.

I AM GLAD I TOOK ACTION in regards to this matter because I DON'T TOLERATE THE ABUSE OF ANIMALS TO INCLUDE STARVATION!-PERIOD.  The owner had a free-will choice in this matter and his free-will choice was to not to feed my horse to include other horses that were on his property. Services agreed upon were not rendered. NOT MY PROBLEM!  IT IS HIS PROBLEM NOW AND this owner is going to be held accountable for his actions and mistakes-ALONE! He is responsible for restoring his reputation-ALONE!

 Seems you just can't get your life together. You owned a severely malnourished horse yet blamed the severe neglect on the boarding facility the horse was staying at. You also have a problem paying your bills. 5. War Powers Act of 1941 has been in effect and we have and still are living under a "state of emergency". At this juncture, it appears that this judgment has been removed from all 3 major credit reports that does not include Innovis. My credit points have not been restored as requested due to this unlawful judgment.

Since you posted an entire novel on how bad this judge was after you lost your case, how about giving us details on the case as you see it.

In particular, things such as what you were sued for.  Giving us SPECIFIC instances as to how this judge violated things such as the ADA, how he promoted and advocated animal abuse, aided and abetted a Foreign Enemy, how he brainwashed the general public to support his ideololgy of fear, oh and yes what specific War Crime he is guilty of.
