Judges Park ripoff Zelionople Pennsylvania
*Consumer Comment: Judges Park has been awesome!
*Consumer Comment: Committed to animals
Promised live animal "hamster" promised to hold and meet with as I live too far away. I was unable to get to the first meeting and let her know by phone message and e-mail. Jennifer than cancelled the agreement even though I prepaid by paypal to show I was serious, due to "too many messages" and refused to honor the agreement to arrange to meet with me. Refused to answer the phone and discuss the matter.

I thought Judge's Park was really awesome to deal with. Their schedule is a little tough - but that's because the gal who runs it has to work 2 jobs to pay for all of these animals! She is dedicated and it shows.

Committed to animals

I have had dealings with Judges Park, sponsoring rabbits and recently adopting a rabbit from them. Jennifer even traveled to OH to do the home inspection. I found her to be extremely conscientious and know she would always put the animals welfare first. I was never given the impression there was a guarantee to receive the animal until I was completely approved, which included a meeting and a home inspection. As a rescue, they can refuse the adoption of an animal, and I imagine do so in cases where they feel it is not an appropriate adoption circumstance.
Getting an animal from a rescue is not like getting it from a store, you don't pay your money and walk out with the pet. The people like Jennifer who dedicate time and effort to save these animals are personally involved in securing a wonderful future for the animals they place. I would recommend this rescue to anyone looking to adopt.
