I received a letter in the mail notifying me of official documents enclosed and a time sensitive reply with the numbers 13570 in bold black text with red outlines. I opened the letter and read "Official Declaration Of Certified Award And Provision Of Payment". Scanning the rest of the letter, i saw the dollar amounts of Two Million Dollars and $1,325,000.00 in rewards options of full paychecks or annual increments.

Catch ...I had to send confirmation with $12.99 in payment to process.
