STAY THE H&LL AWAY! I had my liner redone last summer and the ink didn't take. I called her and she said I would have to pay the full amount again! Not to mention the fact that she made mince meat out of my eyelids by repeatedly going over and over the same area. Both eyes weren't even either. When a different artist did them the swelling was gone in a couple of days. This girl... Over a week! After going to someone who actually knows what they're doing I would never go back to this flake ever again! Not to mention that my new artist could not believe what a terrible job Judith did. She explained to me that the techniques she used were old school. She also told me that the top and bottom liner should never meet at the outer corner of the eye. Mine did! You might think the work she does is good until you see what a "good" artist can do. Her technique is old school and sloppy! Behind that sweet, little innocent act she puts on is a money hungry joke of a makeup artist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GIRL!! ONCE SHE HAS YOUR MONEY SHE COULD CARE LESS IF YOU'RE SATISFIED! THIEF!

This client decided to post a terrible review after a year later... I saw her initially over 5 years ago. Back then, at her request she asked me to connect her eyeliner at the ends, ( she must have forgotten ) so I tried my best. I have the pictures on my IPad of before and after, then and also from the last time she came to visit me. I'd be happy to post them for the public to see for themselves or show anyone who might be interested, I take photos and document every single client or procedure I have done in order to prove my work. After giving her a complimentary touch up back then, I never heard from her again till last year when she wanted to come back for a retouch. Only this time, she wanted me to alter a thick eyeliner that was done over 5 years ago to a thinner line and add to the tapered tail ends of her eyeliner. I explained it would be hard to make a thick line thinner once its established and that she would have to wait till the color faded for that to be possible. I then tried to accommodate her request. When her retouch healed, she called to let me know that she wasn't satisfied, and that the color did not take as dark on her tail ends as the rest and she wanted me to do it again ... at no cost. So I explained that she could come back and I could try another coat but that there would be an additional charge for time and material, she wasn't happy about that and felt I should do it for free. I'm trying to run a business, provide a service and earn a living. If I gave my services for free, I'd probably go out of business. Keep in mind, her retouch did NOT include a complimentary touchup and I did not charge her for a new eyeliner set which would have cost her much more, I gave her a discount because she was a prior client and I only charged her for a retouch. This client was very difficult back when I met her and then again during her last procedure, I recall spending a lot of time (many hours) working on her trying to make her happy. But some people, no matter how much you try- you can never please them and there is only so much I am able to do. She gave me a very hard time about having to pay more money and was very critical of my work- so I prayed about it, and then I decided to end our client/practitioner relationship. So as a result this is what she has retaliated and resorted to, as you can read, she is bitter and displays hate in her heart, she continues to bash, use vulgar language, slander, threaten and degrade my work all over social media. It's unfortunate that there will be an average of 1 out of 75 clients that will be will not be happy with their result and will want to blame the practitioner... and in many cases like this, your not able to control how the body heals, every client heals and retains the color differently and there is not an exact science to these types of procedures. She signed a 7 page contract which describes my policies and fees, it also states that in some cases- that SOME clients might have to come in for multiple applications in order to get optimal results. I remember that this client was a smoker and fails to understand that nicotine does effect the color over time and the body absorbs the color faster. I'm so thankful she's not my client anymore.... and I am so grateful for the ones who appreciate me and my work. I will continue to do my best and let God take care of the rest.
