Julie Higgins is the admin of atleast 3 online programs set up to take peoples money and scam them out of it, she uses many usernames in her programs to benifit herself, and changes the rules so people just give up and forget about her taking our money. She needs to be stopped, she often speaks about how she's doing wonderful things for everyone, but only benifits herself.
