I saw the following report on Ripoff Report and wanted to add that the same thing happened to me. Julie Stormes should be disbarred.
Julie M Stormes, an attorney for the city of Kent, Wa (426 Van De Vanter Ave - Kent, Wa) is crooked and dishonest. I was charged with a misdemeanor crime. Julie offered me a sweet plea deal if i paid her off. She wanted five thousand dollars. So there would be no paper trail leading to Julie i was required to make payments to one of her family members, Timothy Stormes, Ryan Stormes, or Sally Stormes, at 6258 Shenandoah Pl in Stockton, Ca.
I turned down her offer and she retaliated by listing in the plea deal an act i did not committ.
