SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Julio's Auto Insurance is using deceptive advertising to get people into their office.  They advertise 'as low as' $15 a month, but the average person doesn't even qualify for this rate. It's a bait and switch tactic, as they know most people won't even qualify for this rate, but once they get you in the door their high-pressured sales tactics kick in.  Just drive down Oxnard Blvd and you'll see a person dressed up in a character suit, sometimes a Mickey Mouse look-alike, flipping a sign trying to grab your attention.  It's like a 'red light special', but buyer must beware!  Consumers are often not provided the proper broker fee disclaimers, according to what the California Deoartment of Insurance mandates brokers provide to all consumers at the time of sale. Additionally, they don't inform or disclose other fees they will charge a customer down the road when a change is required on the policy or a payment is to be made at the office.  I was told they would discount my down payment if I put a Julio's Auto Insurance bumper sticker on my car before I left.  Is this even legal?! I thought rates were filed with the Department if Insurance?! Now, if this is part of the 'broker fee', that they didn't disclose properly, wouldn't it be considered rebating?! Last time I checked this too was illegal.  Finally, this business doesn't seem to display their license # on billboards, their website or other materials they use to promote throughout Oxnard with.  They should be ashamed of taking advantage of the Hispanic community throughout Ventura County.  Most consumers don't read the fine print as it is, but what makes this worse is Julio's doesn't even provide the proper fine print to begin with.  Knowledge is Power -- You've been Warned!
