> DESCRIPTION OF CRIME:

> On or about 5/9/2014 I sent James Somsak to meet with June M Rosselli

> (hardware broker) at 3150 Case Rd Perris Crossing, Perris, CA 92570 to

> pay her $1000 for an Apple computer as a surprise for my girlfriend. Mr.

> Rosselli was present at this meeting. There were some problems with

> the Apple but I was reassured this would be fixed. Meanwhile my laptop

> broke and Mrs. Rosselli said she could take my laptop as a trade in

> and on or about 5/24/2014 my girlfriend (Jacquie Figg) and me took

> $350 and my laptop to Mrs. Rosselli's home. Mrs. Rosselli said she

> would need another $100, which she was given on or about 5/27/2014.

> Since 5/29/2014 there have been 135 text messages in which Mrs.

> Rosselli gave us the runaround with various stories, in two she

> actually claims to have gone to the City of Industry and waited for the computers.

Having not heard from Mrs.

> Rosselli for a few days on or about 6/19/2014 Ms. Figg and myself went

> to Mrs. Rosselli's home to find out what was going on. Mrs. Rosselli

> explained that she had personal issues. It was at this time that Mrs.

> Rosselli mentioned that her husband was a sniper with a police

> department in Orange County, which we believe to be Santa Ana. On July 15 Mrs.

> Rosselli texted me telling me that the computers were to be shipped

> that day and that she would have a tracking number by the close of

> business. We have heard nothing from her since. Today we called

> Alienware at (888)

> 242-0938 and talked with Caterina who provided us with Mrs. Rosselli's

> customer number as 124498368. Caterina confirmed that Mrs. Rosselli

> was a regular customer but that they had no outstanding orders and

> knew nothing about our computers or the ongoing saga, nor could

> Alienware confirm any of Mrs. Rosselli's story of actually spending

> time in the City of Industry location on the dates she texted us on. I

> have asked Mrs. Rosselli to either perform as promised or else return

> the monies and the trade-in computer numerous times, all to no avail.

> as promised and has no intentions of returning property that has been
