My daughter's Nissan Xxatra, needed to change brake.
We went to Just Brake to repair on 10/11/11 it, because of advertisement of Just 99.98( I do not remember actual amount whether it was $98.99 or $99.98 but it was always advertisement on Radio, 970wfl) for all Brake,pad and all for lifetime. When they opened SUV, we were told it needed alllllllllll these repairs and it will cost you around $500.00 or so. My husband said that we just want Brake work to be done. They wanted more money in a way of repair. They were putting some brake pads, which looked used. so my husband pointed it out and they went to Advance Auto parts to get to install it. When it was done. it is still making noises on braking and running.
Today our Honda Accord Needed brake repair done. we checked all prises and all, and decided to go to Just Brake in spite of bad experience last time. so we called ahead of time, settled on price and we needed one more repair to be done - one of the wheel needed bleeding. so they said it will be $168.00 plus tax and all. My husband went there, they again opened car and started quoting for lots of repair. like rotators are bad. I know my brake works fine. only first two tires brake liner are running thin. rotators are fine. but they insisted on changing it. . it was again costing more then $400.00. Economy is bad. we are on budget. They had quoted one price and we wanted just that to be done. they refuse to do it. My husband said he is going to complain.
Just brake and advertisement for cheapest brake job done is all false. They insist on repair job. We all need to get together and complain about this and company.
