Just Cellular on Ebay sold me a phone registered to another person that was suspended and not able to be activated Internet

Just cellular sold me 2 phones in January and one started out okay and we bought warranty on it since it was touch screen and said to be new.  the second phone was to be a back up if any of our phones broke and needed repair.   months later the screen started being flakey on the touch screen and we contacted the insurance.   After a fight they refunded the warranty money instead of honoring the coverage.  The backup phone wouldn't activate so we contacted them.  They blamed verizon for putting in the wrong ESN in the phone. Lies again. The phone is suspended from someone elses account and can't be reassigned.  Just Cellular can't release it so it must be stolen.  Ripped off for both phones and the warranty coverage too.
