Just fitness 4 u Canceled my contract a YEAR ago and they still are billing me! Jacksonville Florida

I have canceled my membership last November (2012) due to moving out of state. I emailed and faxed my new driver license and they gym claimed that they canceled my membership (this is what they have told me to do) Well, I have been billed every month for the past year. I have been fighting and going back and forth with the billing company And manager of the gym to get a refund which is now over $400. I had to call my bank and put a stop payment on it bc they were still billing me after saying that they will issue a refund. Well, almost a month later I still have NO refund. I call the manager multpile times, he never responds or calls me back. finally I got a hold of him today and he gives me a lame excuse saying that he is waiting to hear back from corporate to issue the refund. I called a seperate location and they said that the refund is issued on a store level, not corporate. If I had enough to afford a lawyer I would. Unfortunately I have to continue Fighting tooth and nail for a refund that I am entitled to. What an awful headache and what poor customer service. Shame on you just fitness!
